Lead Profiler and personalised email generator: How to Use
Welcome to the AIP Profiler Tool! This guide will help you navigate the platform so you can easily manage leads, generate profiles, and send targeted emails, all aimed at streamlining your workflow and making lead management more efficient.

Getting Started
Access the Platform:
- Open the AI Profiler Tool in your browser. Log in using your credentials. If you don't have access, please contact your system administrator.
Admin vs User Signup:
- Account Setup: Upon first logging in, both admins and users should verify their details and set a password to secure their account.
- Demo Pack and Subscription: The AI Profiler Tool provides a demo pack that allows you to explore basic features. To unlock the full potential, subscribe to a plan that best fits your organization’s needs.
- Dashboard Overview: After logging in, you'll land on the dashboard. Here, you can manage leads, view profiles, generate emails, and more.

Subscription and Limits
- Subscription Status: Ensure your subscription is active to access all features of the AI Profiler Tool. If your subscription expires, you’ll be prompted to renew.
- Query Limits: Depending on your subscription, there may be a limit on the number of profiles or emails you can generate. Each profile or email generation counts as one query. Stay within your quota to ensure uninterrupted service.

Managing Leads
PubmedAdding New Leads:
- Navigate to the "Add Lead" section.
- Enter details like the lead's name, department, company, and country.
- Alternatively, upload a spreadsheet with these headers directly into the system
- Click "Save" to add the lead to your database.
Updating Lead Status:
- You can update a lead's status by marking them as "Completed" or setting them for "Follow-up" directly on the leads list.
- Simply click on the lead and choose the appropriate status update.
Troubleshooting:
Leads with common names should be modified with identifiers such as middle names or institution. Check if the name is suitable using Pubmed. Search the name and note how many individuals with the same name occur.

Generating Profiles
Profile Generation:
- Select leads that you wish to generate profiles for by checking the boxes next to their names.
- Click "Generate Profile". The tool will collect data from online sources to create a detailed profile of each lead, which includes recent publications, projects, and collaborations.
- Profiles will be available for viewing once generation is complete.
- Query Usage: Note that each profile generation counts as one query against your subscription limit.
Viewing Profiles:
- To view a generated profile, click on the "View Profile" button next to the lead's name. This will open a detailed summary of the lead’s work, background, and contributions.

Sending Personalized Emails
Generating Emails:
- Once a lead profile is generated, you can create a personalized email for that lead.
- Select the lead and click "Generate Email". The system will draft a customized message based on the lead's background and your organization’s product.
- The email will be saved and ready for you to review and send.
- Query Usage: Generating an email also counts as one query against your subscription limit.
Viewing and Sending Emails:
- Click on the "View Email" button to read the drafted email.
- You can copy and send this email using your preferred email service.

Managing Products
Add or Update Products:
- Use the "Products" section to add new products or update existing ones.
- You can also set a default product that will be automatically referenced when generating emails.
Keeping Track of Progress:
- Each lead is marked with a status, such as "Profile Generated" or "Email Available", so you know exactly where they are in the pipeline.
- You can also see how many queries have been used based on your subscription plan. One query is used each time you generate a profile or an email.
